Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within 21 days from the original purchase date for a refund or exchange. Items listed as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Gift cards are non-refundable.

All items must be returned in their original condition (unworn with original tags attached).

Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping fees unless the item was shipped damaged or incorrect. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you wish to return an item, please email us at [email protected] and include your order number, style, color and size of the item(s). We will then send you a Return Authorization with instructions. Please allow 24 – 48 hours for processing. Just Live, Inc is not liable for any returns made without a Return Authorization.
