I forgot to add an item to my order; can I make a change before it ships?

What is the JUST LIVE return policy?

Just Live allows up to 21 days from the date of purchase to request a return authorization or exchange on merchandise that is unworn and in original factory condition. Exchange/ Returns are not offered on final sale merchandise, disclosed at the time of purchase. Please contact [email protected] and provide them with your full name, order date and order number with your request and they will assist you in determining return eligibility. Please be advised items returned without an authorization may be rejected and returned to customer.

When will I receive my refund?

All returns/ exchanges are received and inspected by Just Live’s quality team. Once your item is deemed to be in original factory condition you will receive an email confirmation. This process may take up to 3-5 business days.

I am between sizes. What size do you recommend?

Do you ship internationally? Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

Yes, we do ship internationally. The recipient is responsible for all applicable duties & taxes.
